Charming villa for rent expands over 500 square metres, has 2 kitchens, 7 bright and warm bedrooms and multiple dining and relaxation areas inside and in the large garden.

All bedrooms are spacius, bright and decorated with natural colors with King size bedrooms.They are iequipped with autonomous air conditioning and underfloor heating , TV, free wi-fi connection and private bathroom complete with all services and shower.

The ground floor ensuite bedrooms open direct into the gardens and into the big terrace by the side of infinity pool, thanks to doors windows which give you the sensation of being embraced by nature.

The suites are very spacious and bright, the entrance offers a corner with sofa bed, chairs, table and TV, perfect also for families.

Depandance Nontiscordardimè, located next to the villa in the hills, with a view that ranges from Monte Conero to Civitanova Marche harbour, with Kitchen that has every comfort.

Breakfast offers dishes and typical recipies of Marche tradition, homemade jam and cake to guarantee you the best of goodness and authenticity.Cappuccino,espresso,,milk ,local cold cuts and cheeses.

If you would like to stop yuo can use table for take away lunch.

RENT VILLA

Those who choose the weekly rental of the entire villa are receive a welcome basket containing fruit and vegetables from our garden, olive oil from our own production, handmade cakes, pasta, wines and typical Marche products.

Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven, nespresso machine and washing machine, esternal BBQ. Gardens, infinity pool and all outdoor spaces are exclusive use of guests who are free to manage their holiday independently or with tailor-make extra service for your exclusive experience in villa like:prosecco or taste of local wine and oil, pre-stocking the pantry and fridge, private chef, daily continental brekfast with local food,morning housekeeping, fresh towels on pool daily, change bed linen and bathroom towel half week,airport transfert,laundry and garment-pressing, babysitting services, cooking lessons.

Kitchen, outdoor barbecue, gardens, swimmingpool and all outdoor spaces are available for guests.

In this case, guests are free to manage their own holiday except for the cleaning up of the villa and the rooms that will be done twice for week.

LARGE OUTDOOR AND INDOOR SPACE FOR RETREATS, EVENTS AND SPECIAL CEREMONIES

The depandance there is an open kitchen and cooking area that can be used for events . Catering services can be selected by the costumers.Villa has more internal and largeoutdoor spaces that can be used as a dining area. Events request and the use of the extra spaces for retreats should be specified on the request.

ENTIRE VILLA FOR RENT

low season, from October to May, except holidays: from €4,500 per week;
mid-season, June and September: from €4,900 per week;
high season, July: from €5,900 euros,
high season, August: from €6,900 euros.

The price includes: water, electricity, gas, wifi, sanitization and cleaning of the rooms before check-in and after check-out. Welcome basket and two complimentary massages.

Small or medium sized dogs welcome upon notice at the time of booking. Supplement of € 20.00 per night.

Special offers are available for longer stays or in low season.

With a 14-night stay, the guest will have an additional night or a massage for free based on preferences (except July and August).

During the rest of the year, with a stay of at least one week and guest will receive a free massage.

At the time of booking, a deposit is required as follows:

-50% of the entire booking amount.

– The balance of the stay thirty days before arrival (date by which cancellation is free). For the months of July and August the balance must be paid 60 days before (free cancellation only within that date)

Late check in and early check out will not be refundable.

Luggage storage and use of outdoor spaces from the morning of arrival is totally free.
