Special offers are avaible for longer stays or in low seasons.

Children under 4 years old are free.
On request we can add travel cot with a supplement of € 15.00 one-time for all your stay.

Children from 4 to 10 years have a reduced price (info at time of booking)
Dogs of small and medium size Standard communication received prior to the time of booking. one-off cost of € 20.00

Deposit required:
30 percent of the amount of the booking of reservations from September to July
50 percent of the amount of the booking of reservations for the month of August.

Will not be ‘returned in the following cases:

• No show
• Delay of the Check in date respect to the agreed (the payment will be ‘returned if the change will be notifie 20 days before check in)
• Check–out earlier than the agreed (in this case, the overnight stays will be paid in full and the down payment to cover the remaining nights not carried out. The deposit will be returned in the event that the date change is communicated 20 days before check in)

In all other cases not expressly provided reference is made to the general rules.
